A paved seafront promenade linking the fishing bay of Câmara de Lobos with Funchal's south shore, partly built on pillars over the water. It passes the black sand and pebble beach of Praia Formosa and reaches the Doca do Cavacas natural lava pools, with Cabo Girão dominating the view west; beyond the gated cliff tunnel the walkway continues to the Lido hotel zone. Flat and family-friendly, with buses connecting both ends for the way back.
